Recently I was able to help Alan from Group Training Australia get his PC back up and running.
When he called me the PC was making fan noises, but nothing was coming up on the screen at all. I was able to respond within 2 hours and be there onsite urgently to help him out. After some troubleshooting I discovered that the power supply of his Acer PC was faulty and had him up and running again with a new power supply. Alan is involved with helping Apprentices get going in a good direction for their career and it was a pleasure to be able to help a non-profit with such a good cause. http://www.grouptrainingwa.com.au/
