Recently I was discussing with a new client, the negative experiences he has had with other IT Support companies around Perth not showing up after booking an appointment. It seems strange to me that people would book an appointment and then forget about it or change their mind.
So here is a 4 step process on how to deliver reliable Computer Support:

- 2) We explain if anything is needed before we arrive and how we work.
- 3) We check our schedule and yours, abd give you a specific time slot in a 1 hour window. We then block it off in our diary so nothing else gets in the way.
- 4) We arrive, help you with your problem and get the job done.
- If there are any delays or problems in getting to your appointment we phone or sms ahead to let you know, so you arent left wondering or waiting.
