Sometimes our best recommendation is not to fix a problem; eg. if we feel it is better for you to put the money towards a new pc, we will simply charge you for the time, instead of charging you for costly parts and repairs when your money is better spent towards a new system.

As we like to stick to what we are good at and guarantee it, there are some things we don't do:

No If you want more than 50 computers fixed at once, or managed, you may need a bigger company to help you.
No Once off over the phone-only help. (I do 99% on-site work and only provide phone help for existing clients)
No We cannot help with Cracked laptop screens, or screens that are faulty
No We cannot help with Spilled liquid into laptop keyboards or broken laptop keys
No We cannot help with Power, battery or power cable issues with your laptop
No We cannot help with Dropped laptops that no longer start.

Insider secret on broken laptops: When a laptop screen has been cracked or a laptop has been dropped and won't start, it is often cheaper to buy a new laptop. This is the main reason why we do not offer to fix these kinds of problems.
