IT Call Out is a very small business. We travel around and help people on-site, because people like being able to get the problems sorted out, without having to remember how to unplug and replug everything. Its also a hassle to lug your PC around.

Who do we work for?
We work for small businesses, home users and sub-contract to larger companies that don’t have any local IT support presence. Some of our clients include Executive Airlines and Nielsen Media Research, along with home users.

Note: We may or may not be a good fit for you, we are a premium service. We work quickly, we always show up, explain things without jargon, have strong technical skills and experience, our rates are comparable to other high-quality I.T. support companies. What is this “Next G Network or Wireless broadband” thing anyway?

Basically it uses mobile phone type signals to connect to internet.

But don’t I already have wireless broadband?

Well, actually there are two different types of “wireless broadband”

1) Your local one, using your phone line for the internet connection with a router that gives you access within 35m in your home or office.

2) The other type is using mobile phone signals to connect to the internet wherever you are.
